Back-end PHP

We need a back-end programmer specializing in php
(PHP, MySQL)
Experience with 1C-Bitrix, desirable experience with various CMS
Experience with frameworks is welcome (in particular, the framework used in our online store on CMS 1C-Bitrix)

At the moment we are starting another project - a marketplace on CMS CS-CART.

There are a number of problems on the online store, which are being solved at the moment by the forces of freelance companies, but we have come to the conclusion that we need our own person - a programmer. Works of different levels of complexity - writing modules, parsers, edits, working with databases, installing layout, refining functionality, etc.
On the second project we are just starting, too, there are tasks where you need participation, consultation and development.

Ideas and help to implement them are needed
