Developer on a long project, Yii2

Stack: Yii2, php, MySL, API, CSS, js. The project is six months as it works, there is one developer, but a lot of work, does not have time. We are looking for permanent employment, or pay at a time of 600r/hour. The essence of the project: something like a chatbot, but not quite a chatbot, rather a platform for multiplayer message processing.
