Improve the site on Laravel

The site is written in Laravel, MySQL database.
1. It is necessary to rework the front of the site. Only 7 of the same type of screens.
The design is made in Photoshop.
2. Add a function for collecting questionnaires. (data entry by forms - registration in the database)
3. Fix existing jambs:
- Fix the performance of adjusting the background location of the Video business card along the axis (X,Y)
- Error when trying to change background from video to photo and vice versa
-Add the function of deleting/editing contact data
-Add contact form
-Optimize the speed of uploading video photos.
- Add user signature
