Development of macro Excell

you Need to write a macro with the following functionality:
1) the string concatenation
2) Determination of selected rows
3)Replacement of symbols in the answers with Cyrillic A) Latin A), similar to A B C D e = A B C D E A b C D E = A B C D E
4) identify the correct answer from the string "Correct answer: D"
5) find and replace the number of the question and answers under a specific format.
The number of rows can reach up to 10,000.

The input is question and 5 options of answers, with the correct selected, the output lines processed.
