Development of parsers for the website "apartments for rent"

Requires the development of parsers for the site rent an apartment without agents, need a developer with extensive experience developing parsers. Not a single work required in further support of Pererov in case of failure.
Parsers should be able to get information from the donor sites(address, floor and number of floors of the house, the area, nearest metro, photos, phone number for more information). The parser needs to work around the clock. At the moment there are about 5 of the donor site is quite possibly expanding the list of sites-donors. Also one of the parsers will have to collect ads from Facebook, by key words and in certain group-the donors(to borrow a description, a link to the author, contact phone number, if specified, photos).
