PHP (Laravel) developer needed

Needed PHP dev to create calculator for calcing salary taxes for 190 countries with 4 access levels, depending on user groups. Admin should be able to update data, used for calculations. Users should be able to calc their taxes depending on country they choose and other data they input with the ability to print/save/send results.
