When you edit the news and add new link (OK) file was updated, added new (s) link (and). Directory to save file /uploads/files/date. Conclusion in the template the full news (fullstory.tpl) something like this

that is, if the file was not to create something in the template nothing is output where {urls} is a direct link to the file.
