Hello! Need to write a program under Windows. Essence in the following:
Have 2 file Excel, each of which consists of columns:

Name Website Email

Each Excel there are duplicate items, when the email are the same.
You need to make a program that adds 2 files, it joins them and removes all duplicates if the email address is repeated.
