Add a search box on the site to the drop-down filter list

It is necessary to refine the filter on the car-by.ru website.
Add a search box to the options of the drop list of goods and brands of cars, to find the option could not only scroll through the list, but also enter the text that will give out the right options. An example of how it should turn out is attached to a screenshot.
The form of the filter is made on angular.
