Add functionality for the script

There is a script in php, everything is written poorly, for various reasons. consists of an admin panel and a clients website
needs to make edits. If youre not sure you dont need it.

the "Write off" button means erases the data in the database for the user, for the selected period.

3. User, clicking on edit in the admin panel, sees the select "assistants" field. see screenshot 1.
3.1. When choosing an assistant and clicking on save, the assistant can no longer be changed by a user, only a super admin can now change it.
3.2. when selecting the status "Paid", see screenshot2, the user is obliged to choose an assistant (you can highlight the select).

and the third simplest task, on the clients website, to make a selection of switching languages over the text, to js. texts will all be loaded immediately on the page, just switched.
