Angular developer to finalize the web application

Looking for front-end (angular js animation) developer to finalize the project.
There is a small web application (SPA) for mobile devices in the alpha state, the functionality is similar to instagram, the angular front is in a semi-finished state, the backing on ruby ready, the server is deployed, secured admin panel.

The application at this stage was abandoned. In the beginning you need to conduct a joint audit of front and analyze what needs to be improved and continue to fix bugs, add more new and modify existing screens to improve the design, add animations, test, etc. – in General, to prepare for release and to roll out a working product.
