Application for VC (in contact)

Purpose:
An application that allows you to create your rating video records of each user in the group by nominations.

Objectives:
1. The program sees all members of the group.
2. The program sees all the video recordings.
3. Director(Creator) of the group creates a list of categories for the ranking and may be labeled video clips.
4. On the screen of the user, just all the videos that you can watch move up and down forming a rating in order.
5. The program creates a summative rating based on user ratings.
6. On the screen of the group leader videos are divided into the category, sorted by summative rating.
7. Show user's rating by comparing the rating with a personal final finding competent users.
8. Use a user's rating in the calculation of the final rating of videos (at the request of the group leader to avoid collision).
