Beatrix. Fix online payment

The site has set up online payment through the acquisition of Sber. The standard bitrix functionality was used in payment systems.
Something happened and now after payment (money goes to p/h) Beatrix does not transfer the order to the status of paid. The settings seem to be all right. Through the v2 module, the status changes from the savings.
