Bot for VC

Hello, you want to write a bot to fill own/my pages popular posts of the groups/pages
the popularity of the post is determined by the number of reposts,
desired setting how many reposts in a day to do
what a post to find a popular, etc

also the bot should be able to reshare needs a post all (or specified number) of ACC are added to it,

the preferred programming language php,
work through the VC.

Experience with VC is welcome!
