Cleaning from viruses hosting (website on Bitrix)

Good day. Straight to the point.
The story is – on hosting two sites, one on the Bitrix, the second one was created next to WP.
Using the plugin in WP it spread and has infected several files plus WP tsepanula multiple files on Bitrix.
The part cleaned up!
