Completion of DLE plugin

The plugin checks the uniqueness of names the news, and does not add duplicates.

We need to finalise that checked not only the name, but one of the additional fields of news (plain text field).

And if at least one of these parameters (name or extra box) is the same as already added should display the message "this news is already".
