Create an online store

It is required to implement an online store.
Subjects - books.
On the implementation I prefer to use PHP on the server side on the angular side.
The design is not ready yet, there are sketches in Figma. There is a blank site, a couple of three pages and almost ready authorization. Two applications are interested in readiness:
- the main site itself for computers with - a small optimization for different screens
- and the main site but for mobile devices
