Create an online store on OpenCart integration

We are looking for a person who will be able to create an online store on OpenCart on the finished design on Tilda. You also need to set up integrations with the delivery service, set up payment, automatic confirmations by email. Maintaining a write-off report (if there is an opportunity in the system). As well as additional programming (if the system is not taken into account) to send letters to assess the quality of store services when the buyer receives the goods.
In general, we are looking for a person to whom we can address the task in a moment and he will perform it.
We have not one project, we will be happy to address another and another to a good specialist.
