Creating a single-page website (PHP, ajax, js, facebook)

Creating a single-page website (PHP, ajax, javascript, facebook, mysql) based on a template with a flat design.
This website contains 7-8 modules/blocks, which will be shown|hidden by procedure calls (about 15 calls) in database (mysql).
