The basic requirements for development:

1. To create a simple application (provided by design, the prototype will show the contender)
2. Without servers, it should work locally without Internet connection
3. Development prosperpina with builds for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone


Mandatory conditions:

1. To be in touch by Skype during the working day and provide a phone for emergency contact (if unable to respond via Skype, but urgently need to address some issue).
2. To provide the Assembly in the process 2 times a week
3. Punctual and responsible attitude to deadlines.
4. Only post-payment.
