Deploy a written website on Bitrix

Good afternoon!
It is necessary to deploy a site for which all components are ready (there is Backup on Bitrix, which needs to be restored from the restore.php file), and there is also a FrontEnd written in JS (React was used as a framework, all sources are there).
It is necessary: to deploy all the components of the site on the hosting (if there is experience in using hosting and there are proven and good ones, then we will leave its choice to the discretion of the performer). Also, an additional task is to describe a small instruction on further reversal. Optionally, everything could be packaged as a Docker container(s) to simplify the reinstallation process in the future.
