Design a small office on Laravel

It is necessary to make an office:
1. Registration and authorization (login/pass), without resetting the password. No email confirmation.
2. Page for adding one string field to the database (source). Communication will be 1 user to many sources. The limit is 10 source per user.
3. Output of statistics from the database for the specified source. The data in the database is already there, so it will be easy to debug.
