1. the hook should work after validating the form data and before the data is inserted into the database

2. If these forms are valid, the hook sends these forms to a given API url

3. The hook accepts the API response in json format, which contains success/error status and html message

4. Perhaps this point is not needed. Depending on the status of the operation, the data is inserted / is not inserted into the database

5. hook sends a message from the API to the output of the form
