Develop a website for an IT company on Bitrix

It is necessary to develop a multi-page website for the manufacturer of BI solutions.
CMS: Bitrix.

It is necessary to develop the site in such a way that people without programming skills can supplement sections and blocks (for example, add news to the site, post a case, edit the image/text on the page).
The site is supposed to have call buttons, placement of application forms, placement of pop-up forms (without throwing the site visitor to another page, etc.)

Also, it is necessary to develop a visual for the site (we will provide a description in the terms of reference), incl. draw some blocks in accordance with the companys brand book.
