What you need in the integration:
1. Somehow link the goods in MoiSklad (hereinafter referred to as MS) with the goods in Avito.
2. If the balance of the goods in the MC has become less than 1, then the ad on Craigslist should go to the Archive.
3. If the balance of the goods in the MC has become more than 0, then the ad should appear in Active.
