Developer at Wardpress on a permanent collaboration

Im looking for a developer on Wordpress for constant cooperation.
To start at work on a task, later on full-time.
The work is remote, not in the office.
The skills required:
- Skills of high-quality valid layout and stretching on Wordpress
Understanding the principles of WordPress
- PHP, MySQL, html/css/js, Ajax
- Experience of plug-in development (not for commercial use)
- Experience in Woocommerce, developing custom solutions under it
Experience in connecting payment systems and other external services through the API
Responsibility and attention to detail
Multitasking
- Contact on Skype during working hours.
