Developer per site (PHP)

There is a site running on PHP. I am looking for a specialist for cooperation. There are now tasks that need to be performed on the site, ranging from the introduction of new functionality to minor edits. There is no permanent budget for work, but I would like to find a reliable specialist for these one-time tasks.
