Developer Woocommerce for ongoing collaboration

There is an online store on Wordpress (cosmetics, homewares), Woocommerce (the latest version, connected several modules, multilingualism (now 2 languages), a system of synchronization of goods with 1C, about 2-3k goods). We are looking for a developer who will help to refine and maintain the site of the store. I want to note that the site code was not touched, all that is done now - with the help of settings and modules.

Developer requirements:

Excellent competence on any issues/issues regarding Wordpress and Woocommerce. Especially in the development from scratch and refinement of modules for Wordpress, Woocommerce. Examples of current tasks at the moment:

1) Refining modules of choice of delivery methods (we use original modules of delivery services but the standard functionality is not satisfied completely, mainly UI).

2) the development of your own module, to link the card number of the customers card offline store to the user profile on the site of the online store (the discount is given is the accumulation of discounts - a link to the database of customer cards on the REST API).

We need the ability to organize development in a git environment with dev,production branches (we dont have that now, we want to implement it).
