Development of a telegram bot for analyzing transactions on the Solana blockchain

It is necessary to develop a telegram bot that would notify in real time about certain events taking place on the Solana blockchain. Specifically, it is required to track the volume of purchases on coins (only dexes are interested) and send a notification if it exceeds a certain number (if the coin itself also meets certain criteria).
