Development of the voting system

There is a website on the CMS ModxEvo you need to do:

1) Design according to design a voting system with the ability for users to send your answer
2) voting is restricted to authorized users of the site (used snippets WebLogin and WebSignup, but you can use other snippets authorization)
3) errors and warnings must be displayed in a modal window (fancybox or similar)
4) When the user votes, you receive a rating (number of votes given for that)
5) User can only vote in one column of your choice, so after clicking the send button, the message that he his voice gave and the rating is only shown in a separate column (or 2, or 3, depends everywhere if he voted)
6) votes are recorded in the database, we should be able from admin imperceptibly tighten them
7) layout-layout is ready, the prototypes will fix below.
