Development/Refinement of web application in PHP Js/ajax

The task is to make a report based on astrological calculations on the date of birth
Astro calculations are done here - https://karmision.ru/astroprocessor/ - all in php (https://github.com/lDeNl/astro)
Admin panel in php but there is not much implemented there, while the references are filled in and partially the correspondence of variables from the directory with the calculated variables.
The output should be something like this - https://saturn.love/ru/
There are more detailed TK, but they will not give much without explanation.

I will explain incomprehensible terms and required calculations in detail in plain language. For more than 5 years I have been working with a project/product on this with the formulation of tasks there should be no problems either.
