Edit website, change the Yandex maps api on 1.1 2.1

Our website is on the zend framework , rules in two files in one api connects to a different map displays, may of course be wrong, I would like to change the api 1.1 to 2.1 to facilitate the loading site, if versed in the zend framework is possible, and other edits.
