Edits on the site (laravel)

The site has a personal account for the user, there is an admin panel, there is an open api.
There is a list of faults and improvements that need to be fixed / done. I am looking for 1 person, directly a programmer, who understands laravel, with whom it will be possible to discuss and do everything.
