Engine, kohana, mysql database

This website on the engine, kohana, mysql database.
The task is to make a second partition in the admin or protected from Brutus, scrap separate html page, in the transition which will be able to choose which of the current projects (houses) to upload to CYANOGEN, some information about the project to load from the database, the part to fill manually and the button to generate the feed.

If you have experience with the engine it would be a plus , the primary is to make a page which interacts with database directly.
Integration with CMS is not required.
