EspoCRM refinement

Looking for a specialist in EspoCRM, we want to do the following:
1. Localization on the Russian of the Real_estate module
2. Replace google maps with yandex maps in the aforementioned module
3. Remove copyright and all links at the bottom about EspoCRM (and respect the work of developers and need to be removed only for a short period and returned after the update)
4. Set up integration for Lida (that is, a bot from us, and from you setting up a crm and a ready-made example of the RestApi template) - you need to create a lead (name, phone number, source, type of operation)
