Finalization of IM and spare parts catalog laravel, vue.js

Im looking for a full-stack developer or team.
There is a ready-made IM, it needs to be processed into a database of consolidated goods with closed access and some other functions.
And from it to make a full-fledged store with online sales and delivery of a visual configurator of goods.
