Finalization of the platform for working with metaphorical cards personal account and payment

It is necessary to refine the platform for working with metaphorical maps (a tool for coaches and psychologists). This is an opportunity to select decks, cards and work with them online, make up various layouts, etc. (the files have a screenshot of the main field)

1. There is a platform basis that is written by another developer, it works, access to the code is there. It needs a few improvements, I will write about them separately below.

2. It is necessary to add a personal account for different users, with certain functions:
- admin (ability to work with users, work with decks - download, delete)
- subscriber (someone who has paid access to the platform and all its functions)
- free user (has access to the platform with limited functions).

3. You need to connect payment (Tinkoff) - recurring payments (subscription format).

What needs to be improved on the platform itself:
- to fold the fields with decks and cards
- preview when hovering over the map (to increase the scale when hovering over the map in the map field)
- the field with decks should be presented in the form of folders in which the decks are located
- change the color of the interface, now it is dark, need a light
- add a transition to your personal account

Personal account must be written from scratch. The previous developer tried to build on laravel.

Term limited. On December 16-17, you need to show the customer the first version. Calculate your load when responding.
