Finish the store on Bitrix

Need:
1. reconfigure the basket (reduce visually pop the box basket, remove the pop-up when adding the product because it prevents you from continuing the order normally)
2. Fill the filter Manufacturer brands (there is an excel file with all manufacturers)
3. make a package reduction in the price of the range in the range of manufacturers (Brands)
4. make brand labels more prominent on the manufacturers page
