Fix bugs in Bitrix after upgrade

1. Either after the update, or after hacking, or after some other actions, the registration stopped working. A "the word for protection against automatic registration is entered incorrectly" appears. Google recapcha was integrated. Perhaps she is dead and needs to be replaced.
