Fix Limited File Upload Issue on DLE via CF

Good afternoon, the site is on the old version of DLE 13.2, proxy through Cloudflare is configured, and accordingly CF does not allow you to upload files to the site through ataches larger than 100 MB, neither through the upload form, nor from the server from the folder. We need to come up with some solution to get around it. I attached the screenshot below.
