Fix Telegram bots after transferring to VPS

on reg.ru had seven virtual hosting, to which seven domains were connected. Each hosting had 3-4 Telegram bots. Telegram bots work with Instagram. It was decided to transfer all bots for convenience to one VPS. After migrating the bots, they worked more or less fine, but today they stopped.
