Fix the site. (problem in Keitaros PHP script)

the site vietnam-loans.comt work. (just doesnt open) you need to fix the script /home/loanrxqf/vietnam-loans.com/index.php here is a call to a remote server and it does not respond on port 80. (Why Im so sure its because of the script, because if you cut it down, everything works fine) The script refers to the server keitaro, maybe they changed something and now the site is easy. You have to figure out whats not working and fix it.
