Fixes and integration of new payment system for THEM to prestashop

Hello!

There are a few tasks for THEM https://www.fredmansur.se on prestashop 1.7.5.1:

1. the problem with the layout on retina displays, the site is too small. Need to do scaling

2. Fix your slider on the home page. In the module there is a field to insert references to the slide, now the link doesnt work on the front (just not displayed)

4. To change the payment system at Resurs Bank
