Form of payment on the website

Good day, I need a script in PHP to transfer money from card to card for the site.

The essence is this:
Have a form 1 into which one enters card data (all) and when you pay you receive the form from the Bank to enter text. The script takes the map data that people have entered in form 1, inserts on the website where the transfer is made and then the person has a form from the Bank to confirm the transaction, enter text.
