Frontend: 2 page portfolio site (adaptive)

Need to mark up and write js for adaptive 2 pages: home and gallery for portfolio site for the photographer.
Have the layout design ready yet. The necessary FUNCTIONALITY (scrolling, scripts, etc.). Needs to make with ANY font, size and image
