Decompose tasks, take on a few, and transfer a few to 1-2 colleagues-partners, whom I will introduce to you. While performing tasks, at the same time, control the implementation of other tasks on the project by colleagues (check that the tasks are really done, review, if necessary, make lists of edits). Thus, bring the stage to completion so that all the functionality of the stage is implemented and works at 100%.

Task management must be conducted in Yougile (kanban, analogue of Trello in the Russian Federation, easy to learn, I will help). You will also need to sign an NDA before getting acquainted with the project, and you must have the status of self-employed/other legal entity. If you are not ready to sign an NDA or open the status of self-employed (if there is no other legal form), do not waste your and my time. If you are ready, write "I love Next.js and TypeScript" in the response, otherwise it will be ignored - I delegate tasks only to attentive people.
