Help on setting up links between Google.tables using

IMPORTRANGE...
1. There are a few tables where the performers enter request for payment.
Should all these data be collected in a common table, where I could confirm the transfer in the payment.
2. There are tables with timestamp work on projects from different artists.
Need to keep records of their work in a single table and group by project, to get how much time was spent on certain tasks.
Google Tables, Excel.
Payment only upon execution of the work.
