Help with opencart (bugs with orders and the speed of website)

Now we have online shop on opencart.

Problem: intermittent problems with ordering through the iphone (the order is made, but after clicking "confirm" nothing happens) and on safari and on chrome.

The website loading speed also leaves much to be desired. Desktop version still all right, but mobile to the green zone does not hold.
