We are developing a project for environmentalists prospectors of https://ecolog-assistant.ru/, now we are working on an addition to the implementation of the dispersion methodology according to MPP-2017. Most likely, this task is suitable for environmentalists by education with programming skills.
It is necessary to implement the calculation algorithm for MRP-2017 in PHP or any other language that will then be built into the application by our forces.
According to the initial data from our application, in accordance with the methodology (https://docs.cntd.ru/document/456074826), the algorithm must implement the dissipation calculation itself, the parameter table and the list of substances and the scattering map. We discuss the budget.
