Import YML (Yandex Market Language) file to mysql database

All freelancers good day!
YML –
Need a solution to a problem, uploaded the price list of online store to ftp, size ~500 MB
Requires interacting with Php script, import this file in mysql database.
Allowed to use any library, any programming languages to run in conjunction with PHP.

There are the following limitations of the server:
Maximum CPU time of the script (max_execution_time) = 180 sec
Maximum memory for script (memory_limit) = ~300 MB

The price is negotiable, the example YML file send personally.
